Here’s What You Need to Know.
1. Making It Official
When you book our cleaning services, you (the “Client”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. This creates a friendly agreement between you and Cleaning Now (“Company”).
2. What We Offer
We’re here to provide the cleaning services you need, whether it’s for your home, business, or a specialised task like deep cleaning or moving in/out. The more details you provide when booking, the better we can tailor our service to meet your needs!
3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Please schedule your cleaning appointment in advance.
If you need to cancel, kindly let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a $65 + GST fee.
Sometimes, we might need to reschedule due to unexpected events like illness or weather. We appreciate your understanding!
4. Payment Details
Payment is due when the service is completed unless we’ve agreed otherwise or it’s noted on your invoice.
We accept cash, debit and credit cards, online payments, and bank transfers.
A late fee of 2% per month may apply to overdue payments.
5. Your Role
Please ensure we have access to your property at the scheduled time. If there are delays in access, a late access fee may apply. We allow a 15-minute buffer; after that, your booking will start as scheduled.
Before we arrive, secure any valuables or personal items.
Let us know about any specific cleaning requests or any allergies and sensitivities before we start.
Kindly secure your pet/s while we are doing the cleaning, so we can perform the job safely.
6. Our Commitment
We’re fully insured for liability and workers’ compensation.
If there are any issues or damages, please report them within 24 hours of the service. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
7. Satisfaction Promise
Your satisfaction is our goal. If something isn’t right, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll work to resolve it.
8. Ending the Agreement
Either of us can terminate this agreement with written notice. You’ll be responsible for payment for any services rendered up to the termination date.
9. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services means you accept the new terms.
10. Quotes and Pricing
Quotes are based on the property’s layout and condition. If there are significant changes or additional requirements, the final price might be adjusted. We’ll keep you informed about any changes and discuss them with you before proceeding.
Cancellations or rescheduling need to be communicated to us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
We appreciate your cooperation and are here to help with any questions or clarifications. Just reach out!
11. Domestic bookings
For first-time bookings, we ask for payment for the first hour in advance. For any future bookings, you'll be charged after the job is completed. Thank you for understanding!
12. Agreement
By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
