1. Making It Official: When you book a service with Cleaning Now (the “Company”), you (the “Client”) agree to these Terms and Conditions. This forms a friendly and professional agreement between us.
2. What We Offer: We provide high-quality cleaning services for homes, businesses, and specific needs like end-of-lease, deep cleaning, or tailored requests. The more detail you share at booking, the better we can meet your expectations.
3. Scheduling & Cancellations: We ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $65 + GST fee. In rare cases (e.g. illness or weather), we may need to reschedule—we’ll communicate promptly.
4. Payments: Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise arranged in writing. We accept card, bank transfer, online payment, and cash. Late payments may incur a 2% monthly late fee. First-time domestic bookings require payment for the first hour in advance.
5. Access & Preparation: Please ensure we have access at the scheduled time. We offer a 15-minute grace period, after which your booking may be affected. Before we arrive: secure pets and valuables, provide clear instructions for access (lockbox, key, etc.), and let us know of any allergies, sensitivities, or priorities.
6. Our Commitment to You: We’re fully insured with public liability and worker’s compensation. If any issues arise, report them within 24 hours and we’ll work with you to resolve them. Our liability is limited to the value of the service.
7. Our Fair Go Policy: We price our services fairly and transparently, based on the information you provide at the time of booking. If a property is found to be in significantly worse condition than expected (for example, extremely unclean, damaged, or neglected), we’ll always speak with you before proceeding. In these rare cases, additional charges may apply to cover the extra time and resources required. We call it our Fair Go Policy—because we believe in being fair to both our clients and our cleaners.
8. Satisfaction Guarantee: If something doesn’t feel right, let us know within 24 hours. We’ll follow up promptly and organise a solution that works for you.
9. Quotes & Pricing: Quotes are based on the information you provide about the property. If circumstances change, we’ll always check with you before adjusting pricing. No unexpected charges—ever.
10. Health & Safety: We follow safe cleaning practices and hygiene protocols. Our team is equipped with gloves, masks, and PPE when required or requested. If anyone in your household is unwell or isolating, please inform us before the appointment.
11. Pets: We love pets—but for everyone’s safety, we kindly ask that pets are secured during your service unless otherwise arranged.
